INTERVIEW STATEMENTS
It is our private investigator's skill to interview witnesses and suspects to obtain evidence for a case. A knowledgeable private investigator is aware of the appropriate questions to pose to obtain the information required to find a lead or other important piece of information that may close a case.
Our private investigators may talk to many people as part of their job. They might talk to people who saw what happened, experts on the subject, relatives, police officers, doctors, and others.
To conduct the interview, an interrupter may also occasionally be used.
Legal professionals might be dealing with a Family Law matter, a Criminal case, or a Civil case where a statement or additional statement from witnesses or other persons of interest will be helpful to corroborate or contradict for clarity, or simply fill in the blanks in information received from clients or from people who have provided statements or affidavits on behalf of the client.
At times, to obtain these Interview Statements, the person that needs to be interviewed may reside in another town or suburb, may be at work, may not be able or willing, to be contacted.
Interview statements will be in the form that complies with the client's directions. Either audio recorded, written or video recorded or a combination of both, AND we can achieve interview statements on an Affidavit if required, complete with the swearing or affirming of the affidavit with one of our Private Investigators also being a registered JP.
Our Investigators will locate the person of interest and effect the interview statement.
